In 2001 I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue, and more latterly this has developed into Fibromyalgia. Conventional medicine is not the answer for me and I refuse to take inappropriate pain relief medications which will only cover up my aches and pains, not remedy them, and in the longer term, give me further health problems!

I remember suffering with anxiety and depression from a young age. When chronic fatigue was diagnosed when I was just 25 and I began to realise that the NHS couldn''t give me a magic pill to make me better, this was when I first started to explore holistic medicine.
