Dennis Hellyar Architects

Dennis Hellyar brings over 17 years of post qualification architectural experience to this new Boutique Architecture Office. Formerly holding Director positions in other Architecture offices in Cardiff, he was responsible for Public Sector projects, including Education, Residential and Commercial projects. Dennis has experience of a broad sector base, which means he is able to cross pollinate ideas and concepts between sectors. His approach to Architectural projects is collaborative. In the initial stages of projects, he listens and immediately begins a process of gathering information. This is essential to be able to consult with the client and relevant stakeholders. DHA has no house style. Each new project is unique. Each has its own set of problems leading to its own unique conclusion. Nothing is forced and a natural solution is teased from the brief and the site, in collaboration with the client and the team.
