In 2000 he achieved a diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (MFDS RCPS). He now works in the Bedfordshire and East Midlands area where he continues to work full time in private practice with special interests in cosmetic facial and dental aesthetics. He is restoring smiles using cosmetic dentistry techniques and materials such as whitening procedures, Lumineers, veneers, proecera & zirkonia crowns as well as white restorative fillings.

He also places and restores dental implants. Wisdom teeth removal and perio-radicular surgery are other treatments he offers. He has memberships with: British Society of Restorative Dentistry Member of the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI) Member of the International Team for Implantology (ITI) Member of the Simplant Academy British Dental Assocation (BDA) Outside of his profession, Piyush is a family man with two very active boys.
