Encourage your wives, partners, girlfriends, daughter, niece or friends to come along and join in these hour long group coaching sessions at just £3 per head. No equipment required. Dress code is somewhat relaxed in that trainers can be worn, but no denim please. These group sessions are normally held on a Monday evening and will resume as soon as we have enough interest.
