Set up by a self-confessed 'Stress-Head' (me!) who had learned the hard way how modern day stressors, the juggle of the work/life balancing act and the constant pressure that we put upon ourselves to live the media enhanced dream had an effect on our careers, relationships and health.

De-Stressed Massage is about treating the physical effects of stress, tension and back pain, whilst at the same time attempting to identify where unnecessary stress can be reduced on an individual level and providing a program of self-help.
