Originally specialising in the recruitment of temporary staff to the Manufacturing and Industrial sectors, DDR Staffing Solutions has gained many high profile clients in the region and, as a result of Donna's hard work and commitment to providing exactly what her clients require, we have now been able to expand into the Permanent side of the recruitment market.

DDR Staffing Solutions Ltd underwent a rapid growth phase since it's original inception and soon grew too big for the original office; and as a result moved into larger offices, still within the Novus Business Centre at Seaham.

In December 2013, Dave Rowlands joined the company and, with his background in the training industry, has been working to set up a training side to the business. DDR Staffing Solutions now offer a wide range of fully accredited mandatory courses, industry specific training and awareness courses.
