All of your existing matters will be transferred to the merged firm from 1st May 2017 and, except where you instruct us otherwise, will continue to be managed and handled by the individual, at the Swindon office, who is currently dealing with you and on the same terms as previously agreed. You do not have to take any action and we will do everything possible to ensure the smooth transition of your matters.
