Established in 1898 by Robert Davidson this family business is now fourth generation, with brother and sister, Anthony & Helen Davidson, proud to continue this tradition.

Originally at No 66 Grey Street, the business moved to No 94 in 1947, and was expanded by Allan Davidson in 1968 to it's current size. John is our resident craftsman, his workshop being in the upper floors of the building. He was apprenticed to Stanley Davidson and his experience is such that he is one of the most skilled craftsmen of his time, his creations are of a quality envied by high profile designers the world over.

Helen and Anthony joined the business in the 1980's having both studied gemmology. Tony specialising in business administration, Helen management of the shop floor. Over the years they have recruited members of staff who are highly knowledgeable and committed to offering exemplary customer service.
