Born in Cardiff, the rugged beauty of the Brecon Beacons National Park started David's passion for photography. Originally working exclusively in black and white developed David's core photographic skills - working with available light and moulding it to creative effect; using composition to create dramatic and dynamic pictures and recognising and bringing out textures in a picture to give interest.
