David Ball Agencies is a privately owned independent estate agency which offers both residential and commercial sales along with residential lettings and holiday lettings. Our main road offices are situated in East Street and offer state of the art computer and digital technology. The agency was founded in 1992 by David Ball and has expanded since then into Residential Sales and Lettings together with Newquay's largest holiday lettings department. Our hours of business are 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am - 12.00pm on Saturdays.

Out of hours appointments can be made upon request. David started his estate agency career in Newquay in 1976 as a trainee negotiator. Being Cornish and having lived in Newquay since 1960, David has seen many changes in estate agency and in 1992 David Ball Commercial was launched. David is the senior partner and oversees the business whilst spending all his agency time within the Commercial department.
