Dave Kane's record speaks for itself. Winning his first Irish jersey in 1958 he went on to represent Ireland a record 32 times until 1978 when he founded Dave Kane Cycles. Riding all over the world at every level produced results too numerous to mention, yet he set records such as 4h 18m for Belfast to Dublin (which he held for 27 years) and the best Irish performance to date at the Commonwealth games in 1974, finishing 5th in the road race. Vast knowledge and experience - still racing and winning the odd event!
