DWC stands for the Daniel Williams Consultancy. Founded in 1994, we are a private equity backed recruitment company based in central London.

DWC choose a qualitative rather than quantitative approach to business, opting for more work but with fewer clients. This means that we spend more time getting to know our partners, which ensures the best fit between client and candidate. We meet all of our candidates and clients at DWC, either by visiting you, or meeting people face to face in our Oxford Circus office. We take our partnership approach very seriously, and know that only be meeting people face to face can we really understand one another. While we are quite a traditional company, we have well and truly embraced technology. We use the latest software and systems; we broaden our reach with multiple online job boards; and make the most of every opportunity to bring great candidates to great clients.
