A passionate and enthusiastic sportsman myself, I have grown up playing junior Football and Rugby, and continue to play Rugby now for Sussex Police 1st XV. I have had my fair share of injuries myself and understand how frustrating it is to not be able to compete and exercise due to injury.
I graduated from Bournemouth University with a 2:2 degree in Sports Psychology and Coaching Sciences, and in my final year tailored my degree to focus upon Sports Injuries and Rehabilitation Methods, which I then furthered by studying a level 4 certificate in Sports Massage (Soft Tissue Therapy).
I provide a professional, mobile sports massage service with which I travel to my clients to provide treatment for both sports and exercise related injuries, and work/everyday aches and pains.
