Tim Dakers (tim@dslaw.co.uk) has practised in Brighton since 1975 and is familiar with all aspects of the local property scene and relies very much on this knowledge to ease the conveyancing process, which he appreciates can be traumatic. He is always available by telephone, email or personal attendance (home visits if required) and is fully conversant with the use of modern technology and its use in speeding up the conveyancing process. In commercial matters, the use and understanding of information technology is fundamental and is used to its fullest potential. Tim welcomes instructions in commercial litigation from heavyweight debt recovery to complex matters involving challenging and unusual legal issues. Tim also has a niche practice in computer related contracts and speaks French to a high standard.
