Private chef Cassie Parris started cooking at the tender age of 10 years old. Hugely influenced by her grandmother; Cassie regularly cooked family meals for her working mother and her 3 younger siblings. Following several years of office administration work Cassie soon found her way back into the kitchen starting her professional cooking career at Marks and Spencer's where she started formal training, followed by Lovells Construction cooking in both their staff and customer restaurants in London.

While also working in a night club cooking Caribbean food.
In 2000, Cassie started a new job at Caterplus, who are a dedicated leading specialist to the care and welfare market. This role introduced Cassie to new skills in silver service and helped her to further understand the importance of great food and great service.
