Crow Watkin is a long established local firm which has operated from 14 Bell Street since 1918. The ground floor house agency side was sold to Jackson Stops in January 2017 when partner Nick Harper retired.
Martin Seymour continues to run Crow Watkin from the existing first floor offices and with the same personnel. Contact details remain unchanged. Martin has practised as a chartered surveyor, valuer and estate agent with the firm since 1973.
The main areas of activity are Commercial and residential property management, commercial sales and lettings (particularly shops) including rent reviews and lease renewals, residential land sales, D1 properties owned by charities and professional valuation work (mainly for tax purposes).
