Crossfit Compello

Chris has always had a passion for sport and keeping fit, playing rugby to a high standard as a youngster and always being active throughout schooling days. Upon graduating from Northumbria University with a BSc in Applied Sports and Exercise Science, Chris undertook his Personal Training qualifications. Soon after Chris became qualified as a PT he was introduced to CrossFit by a few of his friends who regularly attended classes in different box's. After trying it for the first time and seeing how much fun the workouts are Chris started to use these in his own training and using the same style of training for his clients. Compello CrossFit is the first CrossFit Box to come to the city of York. Classes will be held on a daily basis from 7am - 8pm.
