Mr W. Cross and Mr E. Prior on 12th February 1910 at 36 Hill Road, Wimbledon (Opposite Public Library), we have been
providing an Independent approach to Estate Agency ever since.
In 1919, the business moved to 64 Hill Road, Wimbledon where the firm remained until 1974. As one of the community’s
longest established local businesses, we have continually built our reputation through results, recommendations and
dedication, and have carried the Cross & Prior legacy well into the 21st century.
Since 1910 Cross & Prior have been successfully selling, renting and managing property throughout Merton and beyond.
The current staff still possess the same in-depth local knowledge and wealth of experience who are always on hand to
