Founded in 1995 by the patissiere Prosper Bitton, Crème de la Crème retains its reputation as the go-to place for kosher, authentic artisanal French patisserie and catering. Having apprenticed with some of the leading practitioners in France, Mr Bitton learned the delicate Patissiere and Chocolatier skills necessary to start his own business, and spotting a gap in the UK market, set up shop in the heart of Temple Fortune, London NW11. His insistence on prioritising craftsmanship and quality ensured that a loyal discerning customer base quickly followed, and which continues to patronise the establishment to this day.
