We've backed a few projects on Kickstarter and when I first saw this I knew we had to be involved. This is a big book, it measures 343mm x 343mm, has 374 pages, it's hard bound with a cloth cover and has a white foil on the front and spine. The original standards book really did revolutionise the NY subway signage and this reproduction truly does it justice. I love the simplicity and consistency of design like this and it's great to see it recaptured in this great book. I've never actually visited NY but will when the time is right and you can bet I'll be paying close attention to the legacy of the original standards book.
