Craniosacral Therapy with Petra

Hello, and welcome, my name is Petra.

In my early twenties I was suffering from depression, anxiety, terrible migraines and a number of other unexplained symptoms. I tried to deal with these symptoms in many different ways but to my great frustration, any relief was short-lived. No-one seemed to know what was going on with me. It only occurred to me later, that within the confines of the medical system no-one ever looked deeper, no questions asked, about stress, difficulties, or traumatic event/s throughout my life.

Spending years trying to find answers, a friend finally referred me to a Craniosacral Therapist. I had never heard of Cranio Sacral Therapy before, so I went not having the slightest clue what to expect.

I remember that as I walked in, I felt really safe, I just ‘knew' that I was in the right place and in the right hands here.

Fabiano, the practitioner, asked me a number of questions and then got me on the treatment table…. all I can remember, is that I experienced something truly beautiful, something I had never felt before.
