Qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 1986 CP Kelly started his company in 1987, specialising in residential, commercial and listed buildings. He has a solid background in cost control and project management in new build and renovation of historical buildings. CP Kelly is very much about traditional values, all about the personal touch and clear communication between all parties. This small firm has developed a well established relationship with its suppliers, local and district councils, fellow professionals and, of course, its clients!
