Cozens Surveyors

Cozens Surveyors was established in 1992 by Jeremy Cozens MRICS, a local buildings chartered surveyor since 1985. Jeremy originally trained as a draftsman giving him coal face experience of design before qualifying as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. His extensive expertise covers a wide range of property from traditional period listed structures to modern new builds.

Jeremy has worked in the Dorset/Somerset area long enough to have a good working relationship with local authorities, builders and craftsmen and is lucky to have an excellent client base generated through personal recommendations.
