With degrees in psychology from the University of Wales, she is a highly experienced user of a wide range of psychometric tests. She is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

She has had extensive experience of assessing job applicants, managing recruitment projects and advising on career choices. In the past Jessica has worked in private, public and voluntary sector organisations, including the NHS, Dwr Cymru (Welsh Water), charities and education. She has wide experience of supporting smaller businesses.

Jessica is also an experienced facilitator. She has experience of supporting business planning events in SMEs and strategy days in the voluntary sector. She has a deep understanding of issues of governance, having chaired the board of governors of a secondary school for ten years and spent two years leading the trustees of a small charity.
