Dampness, Woodrot, Cracked Brickwork, Flooding, Settlement, Water Penetration, Leaking roof, Parapet Walls, Subsidence, Leaking pipes, Out of date Electrics, Central Heating, Insulation and Flat Roofs. Focuses on specific elements of a building that may be of concern such as foundations, walls, damp proof course, roof frame and covering, chimney stacks etc.

An agreement enabling a Building Owner to carry out work on his/her property while ensuring the Adjoining Owner is not unnecessarily and adversely affected by the work undertaken. I can be appointed either on behalf of the Building Owner or for neighbours next to the building works.
