Hardware must be returned within 30 days for refund. All non-faulty items that are returned or exchanged for different items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.We may, at our discretion only charge a 5% restocking fee provided the item is returned with non-ripped packaging in un-used condition. Items must be returned with a receipt. No returns or refunds on consumable items, printer cartridges, services, or items returned incomplete or without all original packaging.All new goods supplied are covered by a 12 months manufacturers warranty unless stated otherwise, guarantees/warranties are not insurance backed. This does not affect your statutory rights.We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers.
