I am a qualified counsellor and therapist, running my private practice in London Bridge SE1, Clapham SW4, Greenwich SE10 and Beckenham BR3. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and comply with its ethical guidelines at all times.
I strongly believe that unhelpful past experiences can often impact negatively on our current lives. Those experiences can affect how we relate to others. Relational dynamics may emerge that result in you feeling anxious or having low self-esteem. Outside influences can make things worse, leaving you with a sense of being stuck in a rut; unable to cope with situations or even depressed. Feelings such as those often emerge and persist because of past, deeply-engrained experiences.
As a practitioner I am fully aware of how hard it can be for people to get beyond these past experiences.
