My name is Catherine and I am a BACP Accredited and registered Counsellor practising in Central and South West London. My specialist areas are stress, anxiety, self-esteem, addiction, bereavement, obsessive compulsive and behavioural disorders. I work using a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to provide an individual service which is tailored for you, the client.
