Having graduated in 1991 and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992 whilst working for a major Private Practice in Manchester, I spent my formative years mainly working in industry for Midland Bank (now HSBC), The Littlewoods Organisation and the Co-Operative Group. I have subsequently enjoyed 21 years in Private Practice, becoming a Director of a nationally based PLC and more latterly 6 years as an Equity Partner of a regional practice based in Chester. Over the course of the last 25 + years I have gained a broad range of specialist knowledge acting for a wide spectrum of property owners, developers and occupiers ranging from major Pension Funds and Corporate Bodies to the Individual and Local Businessman. No matter the size of instruction or Client, I pride myself that an equal level of service and professionalism is applied to each and every job I undertake and it was for precisely this reason that Cottrell Commercial was established in 2009 with the goal of ensuring a consistently high level of client service to each and every project undertaken.
