At 16 I joined the British Army and enjoyed a full and interesting career for over 22 years serving with the Commando Brigade. My experience of sport and rehabilitation partnered with my VTCT level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy has given me a healthy knowledge to be able to help treat many soft tissue complaints, the results of which have been fascinating and highly rewarding for me.
