Cornwall Mortgages was formed in November 2012 by Tom Crapp. Tom is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds the Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice qualification - Cert CII (MP). Liz Bignell joined the company in May 2016. Within this time she has completed her Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP). Prior to joining Cornwall Mortgages Liz held a senior role for a multinational company, in which she was responsible for quality, health and safety and environmental management. Liz chose to seek a new career path following her decision not to relocate overseas, as required to continue in her previous employment. The business has successfully grown through a combination of ‘word of mouth’ referrals from existing clients and recommendations from introducers such as local Estate Agents, Developers and Housing Associations.
