Cornwall Kernow Freestyle Martial-arts the only academy in the South West of Britain, that currently teachs their own awesome Dynamic Self-Defense programme and traditional Sport Karate Kickboxing Programme. Our mission is to provide, a learning environment which, is both enjoyable and challenging. To give all of our students the back up and service to promote their individual growth and understanding of the martial arts.

Delivered Currently only to the pupils of Hayle Community School, as a period seven activity providing their pupils with a broader curricular experience the CKFM Kick Boxing Programme is one of the most exciting and challenging in Cornwall today. The programme involves high levels of Cardiovascular exercise, Stretching for flexibility and ring craft, with the added advantage of training with other Children from different years within the school, which inturn fosters understanding and builds strong long term friendships based on something positive.

So no matter your childs age, the benefits gained from Sport Karate Kickboxing, are not only that they learn the ABC's of self defence but more importantly the ABC's of life - Attitude, Behaviour & Character. Improvements in concentration levels and the ability to interact with others; lead to radical improvement in school grades, and further promote health an wellbeing.
