Each property is individually priced as we know they are all different. Once the price has been quoted and agreed that is the price that you will pay. If the cleaning takes us longer than expected you are guaranteed to the agreed / quoted price and no extra (as long as the property is in the same condition on date of quote). The cleaner you give your property to the tenants the theory goes, the cleaner it will be returned. Tenants, the cleaner you return your property – the more of your deposit is likely to be returned to you (depending on other contributing factors within your tenancy agreement). With good links to most letting agents our receipt will confirm you have had the property cleaned to a high standard.
