ELECTRICS: We have Part P Engineers that can do a upgrade on general electrical maintenance to an entire rewire. Provide certificates for rented properties.
GAS CENTRAL HEATING: We have 'Gas Safe' Engineers which cover maintenance, service and the renewal of an entire system. Who also carry out 'Corgi' Registered gas checks for Landlords annually and provide advice for a rental property to run economically and efficiently.
ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES: Under government regulations (April 2007) all rental properties must now provide a certificate to show how 'energy efficient' a home is. We are also able to organise this for a Landlord and the certificate is for 10 years.
