Welcome to the home of our private and corporate event catering company based on the outskirts of Carmarthen in the heart of Wales. Homemade produce lovingly made from scratch using local free range eggs and fresh ingredients sourced from local and artisan producers. You will also find me at many of the local events and food festivals with a selection of my produce.
Based at home on the outskirts of Carmarthen, in the heart of Wales, creating, baking and cooking using delicious good quality local ingredients from local suppliers. I have for most of my adult life been interested in food. My perfect day off would be an endless supply of good coffee and a stack of food magazines/cook books! At the moment I am very much enjoying the learning process of food production with the new vegetarian range and keeping up with other aspects of the business, catering, cakes and food fests.
I would very much like in the future to have my own retail outlet combined with a small deli where I can showcase and sell my delicious creations!
