Conservatory Blinds

Following on from yesterday's news article, today we are marking our 20th anniversary by comparing how the staff and premises have changed in the past two decades. At that time the blinds industry was quite small, mostly offering generic domestic blinds for all applications, but there were two blind companies already serving the conservatory market; a direct sales company that used pressure-selling tactics (and still do) and a roller blind specialist.

Unlike these other companies, our business was founded on the basis of providing customers with honest technical information about their conservatory and offering a wide choice of specialist blinds to meet their varying needs. This refreshing combination of honesty, market-leading technical knowledge and a unique range of blinds meant that the business quickly grew to 5 members of staff and over a million pound turnover in 1999.
