Founded in 1987 by Paul Batley, CONRAN HOMES have established an enviable reputation as a reliable Building Developing and Contracting Company in Cheshire, with a high emphasis of maintaining traditional skills and values.Our works, primarily for private clients, range from the construction of new build properties, through conversions, renovations, extensions to small works and bespoke joinery including handmade kitchens and oak framed structures. We have particular expertise with respect to projects of a conservation nature including the careful restoration and alterations to Listed Buildings.We believe that our work as a Contractor has widened our experience through viewing projects from a client's point of view in terms of function, maintenance and value for money.Most of our work has come through recommendations, with clients leaving us with glowing testimonials.
