Jonathan has considerable knowledge of the local property market and always shares his opinions on such matters. Jonathan also works with clients requiring Wills and Powers of Attorney and also deals with Executries. Jonathan was born in Aberdeen (he still supports The Dons) however, since graduating from Dundee University, he has lived and worked in Angus. Jonathan’s future goal is to become a professional Grandparent in the not too distant future! Emma joined Connelly & Yeoman in January 2013, after previously working at another law firm in Dundee after completion of her Law Degree at Dundee University. Emma has worked within the Private Client area for many years now, including administering complex and high value estates, advising on Inheritance Tax matters and dealing with the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney. Emma also deals with all matters of residential conveyancing, including property purchases and sales. Barry joined Connelly & Yeoman as a Trainee Solicitor in May 2008. Barry deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of title and discharges. Barry also deals with Private Client matters including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Executries. During his time at Connelly & Yeoman, Barry has established a loyal and ever-growing client base.
