In 2005 we acquired the lease on our shop based on Snow Hill in Wolver­hamp­ton City Cen­tre to improve our sales and start offer­ing addi­tional ser­vices such as com­puter repair and lap­top repair. In 2006 we became a lim­ited com­pany and have moved from strength to strength ever since. We offer a wide range of ser­vices to both home users and busi­nesses, and pride our­selves on a very high stan­dard of qual­ity sup­ply­ing only gen­uine prod­ucts and soft­ware (no fake Win­dows!).

We are even rec­om­mended to many cus­tomers by Wolverhampton's Trad­ing Stan­dards after they have had a not-so-satisfactory expe­ri­ence elsewhere. As cus­tomer demand is con­stantly increas­ing, we are expand­ing our work­force to meet the require­ments for ser­vices of our clients. Con­cep­tex now have three sales staff, and four tech­ni­cians, mean­ing we can offer our first class ser­vices in a con­ve­nient timely manner.
