If your computer cannot be economically repaired we will advise you and in such cases there will be no charge. However, in most situations it will be possible to provide a solution and should you not be willing to proceed we charge a £40.00 inspection fee and provide a report of the fault. Generally for most pc's and laptops we will use a figure of £200.00 as an indication of a computer being beyond economic repair.

For workshop repairs you can expect a turnaround time of 1-7 working days although this can change depending on the type of repair. Also, note that we offer a fast track option on certain repairs which take no more than 24 hours.
