About me:

Born way, way back in 1967, I spent 17 years in the casino industry in various positions and countries before deciding to ‘settle down’ back in Bristol in 2003, subsequently working for a large IT company for the next 7 years before deciding to go it alone.

Having had an interest in computers since a friend bought a ZX80 over 30 years ago, I have owned, built and fixed PCs for the last 20 or so years and been the ‘office expert’ for most of that time, not only setting up, maintaining, and repairing various systems, but also writing programs to aid in the running of some of the casinos in which I’ve worked.

I have now been working for myself since January 2011 and I thoroughly enjoy it. I appreciate that for some, computers are just a necessary evil, and so do my best to explain issues in plain English, and am happy to answer any queries you may have, no matter how simple or complex.

I pride myself on my customer service skills and will always do my best to resolve any issues you may have. Despite only having worked for myself since 2011, a significant number of jobs I currently get come through either repeat business or recommendations.

Any repair is just £30 -if you bring the computer to me, or £40 - if I come to you (plus parts if needed), no hidden charges, and if I can’t fix it then you pay nothing, even if I’ve come to you (please see the areas that I cover).
