In 2013, we were accepted into Hertfordshire County Councils' Trading Standards approved 'Buy with Confidence' scheme which further demonstrates our commitment to prove ourselves to our existing and potential customers.
Our friendly office staff have good knowledge of a wide range of products, equipment and legislation within the fire industry. They can help with most enquiries although if we are unable to help then we will find out or put you in touch with someone who can assist you.
Most importantly for us is our reputation, which is built around our ethic never to pay bonuses or commission on any work. Most firms in the fire trade will entice the engineers to oversell by offering lucrative commissions on spare parts and new equipment. We have never done this, and we feel this protects our customers as much as enhancing our image and integrity.
