Colour Creation was commissioned to create an innovative psycho-educational web based platform for the Stand-by-me Bereavement Support Service in North Hertfordshire. The brief was to respond to the needs of bereaved children, young people, their families and professionals using contemporary technologies to create a vibrant identity, resource and community presence. Colour Creation have achieved this by working in close collaboration with the young people, project leader and team; working sensitively to capture the vision and inspiration behind the project.
