Avril Nicol graduated in 2001 from Edinburgh College of Art with a BA (Hons) degree in Fine Art. The following year Delta Studios, The Creative Centre opened in Larbert. Avril initially enlisted to rent studio space at Delta, and then started working as an artist and key member of the team. Latterly she became the General Manager until September 2013. Additionally, Avril is a Director and Project Coordinator of the Forth Valley Open Studios CIC, now in its 5th year the incentive provides a forum for artists and craft workers working from even the remotest studios within the Forth Valley an opportunity to open their doors and welcome their peeps, neighbors and the general public in.

In 1997 Amy Drewery graduated from University of Wales with a BA (Hons) degree in Interior Architecture and has since undertook various Project Management positions Environmental Engineering latterly moving into a sales career within the medical field.
