Hello, my name is Frank Coffey, and I am a Chartered Surveyor specialising in the alteration and extension of buildings; principally houses. This is a small practice, established in 1986, dedicated to high levels of service and employing an architect, structural engineer and a planning consultant. Having a particular interest in historic buildings, we possess all of the necessary skills in order to undertake sympathetic alteration to such buildings. We can undertake feasibility studies, measured surveys and produce initial designs. Thereafter, we offer a full range of design and specification services. Further, we can, should you wish, arrange to carry out the proposed works, either directly, or after having obtained quotations of cost from builders and contractors.
