With more than 30 years experience in all types of civil litigation with a particular interest in family law, Barbara set up the firm in 1992 after being a partner in a West Lothian firm. Prior to that Barbara was a senior solicitor with Lindsays in Edinburgh.

She now specialises in dealing with the consequences of family breakdown and is particularly noted for her commitment to good quality advice at a reasonable cost coupled with a sensitive approach. Barbara believes in attempting to resolve seemingly intractable disputes in a firm but non-contentious way but if necessary to achieve your goal is adept at taking the matter before a court. Barbara is a member of the Family Law Association.
