I graduated in Clinical Aromatherapy and Therapeutic Massage at the Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy. I trained under Gabriel Mojay, one of the leading authorities in Aromatherapy and Chinese Medicine and author of 'Aromatherapy Healing the Spirit'. I was also fortunate during my studies to be taught by Rihannon Harris, the well-respected and renowned figure in the field of Clinical Aromatherapy and essential oil science.

Stress is so much woven into our daily lives, that we often do not recognize our own limitations until the strain manifests itself physically. This is especially true here in the West, where we push ourselves to be the very best we can in everything, but we forget to take care of our emotional and physical well-being.
