I'm Ben Hooper and I took over Clifford Sales & Lettings in 2014. With 14 years already under my belt as an estate agent working for established high street names, I decided the time was right to go it alone. Clifford Sales and Lettings has been trading in Brighton and Hove since 1997. With a eye catching illuminated corner office on Portland Road in Hove we initially focused on the lettings market, developing an unrivalled knowledge of the local buy to let market place and becoming the estate agent of choice for many local landlords.

Over the last few years we have grown and have developed our sales business to offer the same first class service. Listening to feedback from friends and customers during those first few years we recognised what's missing from our industry and why it doesn't have a great reputation - real customer service. So we set about developing a business that focuses on just that. So how and what do we do that sets us apart? Simple really.
