Clevedon Karate Kai

We currently run four training sessions per week, on Friday in Clevedon, Wednesday in Tickenham, Monday in Yatton, and as the parent club of Nuffield Health's Saturday morning junior club, in Stoke Gifford, Bristol. In addition, we attend courses run by other clubs, and our association, the Western Karate Union. Whether you are looking for opportunities to compete locally, regionally, nationally and internationally, to progress through the grading system, to learn self-defence, or just for a friendly and fun workout every week, we offer something for everyone, whatever your level of ambition and ability. The club encourages family participation. There are always many families with two generations training, and sometimes three! Parents who do not wish to train are welcome to stay and watch. There is usually a cup of tea or coffee on offer, and many firm friendships have been forged among our regular spectators.
