We work to improve the mobility of stiff joints, relieve muscle tension, enhance blood and nerve supply to tissues, address alignment problems and imbalances, and support the body’s own healing mechanisms. We also provide advice on posture and exercise in order to aid recovery, promote wellbeing and prevent symptoms from recurring. Osteopaths take the time to understand you and your unique combination of symptoms, your medical history and your lifestyle. This helps us to identify and address the cause of your problem, not just the symptoms you are experiencing. We can then formulate a treatment plan and agree with you the best way forward.
